Terms before the build.

Rules for Touru Works commissions: livechat, Mugchat, Twitch chatbox, and custom stream widgets.

Scope

Scope must be locked before design or code starts.
Package, add-ons, platform, timeline, and delivery format are part of the scope.
New feature requests after approval will be quoted again.

Rates

Listed prices are creator rates for one channel/talent.
Agency, managed talent, multi-channel, campaign, or studio work may use a custom quote.
Test drive rates can change after the workflow or product is finalized.

Payment

A 50% upfront payment from the base price is required before work starts.
Full payment must be completed before final delivery.
Payment method follows the agreed order platform or direct order arrangement.

Cancellation

Confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled after work starts.
If the issue is on our side, the project exceeds 2 months, or we cannot continue the agreed scope, we will discuss it again.
Cancellation can be considered by mutual agreement in that case.

Delivery

YouTube livechat is delivered for OBS/browser source usage.
Code Service takes 14-28 days depending on queue.
Design and Code takes 21-31 days depending on queue.
Fast delivery is available only when the queue allows it.

Assets

Client must provide assets, references, platform details, and needed access.
Provided assets must be owned by the client or allowed for commission use.
Missing assets, unclear references, or late access can affect timeline and direction.

Revision

Revision is for refining the approved direction, not restarting from zero.
Major visual changes should happen before coding starts.
Major revisions are limited to 2 rounds. Minor revisions are limited to 5 rounds.
Extra revisions, new states, or new platform behavior may add revision fees.

No Reference Brief

If there is no clear reference, the design will follow our direction.
We will use the provided assets, requested vibe, and what we think fits the project.
Theme, shape, or structure changes are not accepted after the direction is set.
Color and placement changes can still count as minor revisions.

Usage

Delivered widgets are made for the agreed creator, channel, brand, or project.
Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim the widget as a reusable template.
Touru Works may show completed work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

NDA

NDA is handled per talent or project.
NDA fee depends on duration, restriction, and portfolio limitation.
Please mention NDA needs before the commission starts.

Rate Notice

Creator rate covers one creator/channel. Managed talent, agency, company, multi-channel, campaign, or studio work may be quoted separately.

YouTube livechat files are intended for OBS/browser source usage.

Twitch chatbox work may require StreamElements setup details.

Mugchat supports YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Kick by default through the agreed livechat app environment.

Custom widgets are prepared based on the agreed widget environment, API, docs, or sample responses.
